the cat in the hat was one of the most number one books i read of dr.seuss. i think that the cat in the hat was dr.seuss's books. the cat in the hat was about these two kids who want to play but outside is raining out and they are so broad that they dont know what to do. so then cat in the hat comes in makes the best day those kids ever had and also makes the house a mess!
